Meet Julia!

  Julia is an Interior Stylist and Entrepreneur currently residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her passion for home decor and design started at a young age. Julia started working in a home furniture store at 15. She was their youngest employee ever. From there Julia worked her way up the retail ladder over the next 12 years in various roles and locations. Julia moved to Los Angeles in 2014 for her now Husband, Alex. Upon her arrival to LA  (with a broken arm and a hot pink cast.) Julia was connected through friends with interior designer: Nicole Palczynski. Her first styling gig was for former Victoria's Secret Model Miranda Kerr. From there Julia continued to freelance part time while still working her retail job. After about 3 years in West Hollywood, she was asked to move to Costa Mesa to be a full time Visual Merchandiser at the South Coast Plaza mall. Julia, Alex, and their puppy Larry packed up their tiny Silver Lake apartment and moved to Newport Beach. Julia enjoyed her time as a Visual Merchant but got the travel bug and decided to jet.  Alex and Julia's first stop was Italy. Julia was inspired by the long streets of small antique shops and knew she had to purchase some treasures to take back to the states. Alex asked Julia what her next dream was and Julia quickly responded "I want my own retail store to share the treasures I find from our travels." While no longer working full time at South Coast Plaza.  Julia knew it was time to create her own space: Julia Clare Home. JCH is a place to find unique treasures from all over the world. JCH collaborates with independent artists to promote their work and share their never-ending talents. Julia Clare Home is a place to seek inspiration and personalized home styling advice.
